God’s Mercy After the Quake: MCGI Cebu Aids 5,000+ Victims in Northern Cebu

As the Holy Scripture says:“The LORD is good to all: and His tender mercies are over all His works” (Psalm 145:9, KJV).

Following the 6.9-magnitude earthquake that struck Cebu Province on September 30, 2025, with Bogo City as the epicenter, God’s mercy and rescue truly came swiftly.

While the quake left behind damaged houses and structures and the need for food and water grew, help from the Members Church of God International (MCGI) Cebu brought relief to residents affected in Bogo City, Daanbantayan, and Tabuelan on October 3–4.

More than 5,000 individuals benefited from the feeding program, while relief goods and drinking water were distributed to both brethren and non-brethren, offering comfort and hope amid these challenging times.
