Guided by the biblical mandate to “do good unto all,” MCGI volunteers facilitated over 220 individual services to ensure the well-being of the PNP personnel and their dependents. Through the help and mercy of God, this included 104 optical screenings with free reading glasses, 65 medical consultations, and 17 dental procedures. Additionally, 34 individuals received complimentary haircuts, while grocery packs were distributed to provide essential support for police households.
The celebration was attended by Servant-in-Charge Brother Danny Navales. In his message, he underscored the congregation’s gratitude for the daily sacrifices of the police force, emphasizing that reaching out is a sincere way to show appreciation for their dedicated service to the nation. This initiative reflects MCGI’s commitment to doing good unto all, fulfilling the Christian duty to love and serve our fellowmen.
In recognition of this support, the LDNPPO presented a Plaque of Appreciation to MCGI. The award was given in grateful recognition of the organization’s invaluable support, active participation, and unwavering commitment to the success of the event, which directly benefited the PNP personnel and their families.
This joint effort alongside various sectors exemplifies the strength of civil cooperation. In a region where the demands of public service are high, the collaboration between MCGI and the provincial police served as a reminder that the strength of a community is best measured by how it cares for its own.
To God be the glory!
