A grand celebration of compassion, a bountiful feast, and a day of service welcomed 1,721 guests and brethren in Agora, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, for the MCGI Grand Fiesta ng Dios and Brethren Day.
A delightful spread of local delicacies from various provinces added warmth and flavor to the occasion. The celebration was also filled with songs and dances offered unto God Almighty. A colorful and lively parade filled the venue as brethren joyfully presented their praises.
A wide range of free public services were offered with support from various government agencies. On-site transactions were facilitated by the SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and the PNP (for police clearance issuance), along with assistance from the City Social Welfare and Development Office of Cagayan de Oro.
In addition, MCGI professionals, working alongside UNTV News and Rescue, provided dental and optical care, legal assistance, and other community support services. These efforts brought timely help and hope to many throughout the day.
Delegates from Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental, Lanao del Norte, Bukidnon, Camiguin, the Zamboanga Peninsula, and NCR District 4 joined in, each one helping to shape a successful and meaningful celebration. Their collective participation reflected the spirit of selfless service and love that binds the brethren together.
Altogether, 1,018 services were successfully rendered in Agora, Cagayan de Oro, each one carried out in faith and love, a humble offering unto God.
