On February 20, 2026, the Locale of Anda, Pangasinan, reached a long-awaited milestone with its official inauguration—now standing on its own land, rooted and grounded in love.
This journey of faith began on May 9, 2003, when the congregation was established as an extension of the Locale of Bolinao. Starting with its first gatherings at the home of Brother Romeo and Sister Marivic Detalo in Barangay Mal-ong, the brethren remained steadfast, growing steadily in number and in faith.
For over two decades, the brethren transitioned through various temporary locations. Throughout these years, deacons and deaconesses humbly dedicated themselves to the service of the brotherhood, ensuring that the flame of faith remained bright despite every trial. When the COVID-19 pandemic brought new challenges, among those who stepped forward in this season of need were Brother Conrado and Sister Nancy Catabay, who serve as a deacon and deaconess, who opened their home as a temporary sanctuary for the locale.
As a manifestation of their faith, Brother Conrado and Sister Nancy humbly donated their property to the Church. Supported by the commitment of their children, this act of devotion paved the way for the formal and permanent establishment of the Locale of Anda.
Through God’s help and mercy, the brethren reconstructed and formally established the locale—a significant milestone made possible through the MCGI Philippine Loop, an initiative led by MCGI Overall Servant Brother Daniel Razon, carried out with the dedicated support of Team Pangasinan Faith Walker.
Commemorating this inauguration, the Members Church of God International (MCGI) deployed its Mobile Dental and Optical Clinic. TThe medical mission provided dental services to 50 individuals — including 35 extractions and 15 check-ups — alongside 77 optical consultations, 45 medical check-ups, and blood glucose testing for 35 residents. Medicines were distributed to 50 beneficiaries, while over 50 individuals received free haircuts and hundreds shared in meals throughout the day.
More than just a building, this new locale stands as a testament to what unity in faith can achieve. By opening its doors with love and compassion, the brethren remain dedicated to reaching out to both the flock and the community, reflecting a lifelong commitment to doing good unto all.
To God be the highest glory!
