Moved by Compassion: MCGI’s Mission of Love and Care in Umingan, Pangasinan

On February 19, 2026, with God’s help, the Members Church of God International (MCGI) conducted a Medical Mission at the Covered Court of Barangay Poblacion East, Umingan, Pangasinan. The mission was held at the request of Hon. Vice Mayor Emil Tristan Trinidad, with the full support and presence of Hon. Mayor Atty. Chris Evert Tadeo. The mission focused on providing essential healthcare services to address the immediate needs of the residents. A total of 54 individuals received medical consultations, 76 were provided with free medicines, and 35 underwent Capillary Blood Glucose (CBG) testing.

Additionally, specialized care reached 151 residents who received optical checkups and reading glasses, while 30 others received dental extractions and checkups. Beyond medical assistance, the initiative also promoted personal well-being by providing free haircuts to 64 male residents. To ensure the comfort of everyone involved, free breakfast and lunch were served to all beneficiaries and volunteers for the duration of the event.
