On Being Baptized
I can’t explain what I feel. I feel as if the hurt and anger I had in my heart against my my relatives and parents are gone. I feel that my heart is light.

I started [my search for the Truth] on Youtube. I just watched there until I found out that there was on TV, on UNTV. So that’s when I started always watching; that was about six months ago. I always listen [to Bro. Eli Soriano] and I felt enlightened and got convinced that this is true.

It was in December. I don’t know what locale I should go to but I found one in Dasmariñas. I just passed by it as I often went to the market. I just saw it then. That’s when I pursued undergoing the Mass Indoctrination. I also attended Thanksgiving and Prayer Meeting.

Please continue to do your works, your expounding of the words of God. May the Lord also give you longer life so that you’ll be able to save many more souls.

On Being Baptized
I feel really, really happy that I was baptized in the Church of God. I have been long looking for the right religion and it’s here that I found it, in the teachings of Bro. Eli and Bro. Daniel.

I started in February this year. Both my parents died and that’s when I started to research about the Bible. I also joined other religious groups but I didn’t find [the true religion]. When I watched Bro. Eli however, that’s when I really got enlightened.

My message to Bro. Eli and Bro. Daniel: Many, many thanks for leading people like me who have found you, and for teaching and giving light to questions in life and faith.

On Being Baptized
[My husband and I] feel secure now. We feel that this is the Church that what we’ve long been searching for wherein all our questions regarding faith can be answered. We’re looking forward [to the time] that our understanding of the Gospel will be broadened and increased.

We started listening everyday to Bro. Eli intently since February; — almost everyday to the point that it would be 3 a.m. already and we would still be listening.

On MCGI Leaders
May they continue to help other people to be lead in the true Church of God. [They] really spread the true commandments and righteousness of God.

On Being Baptized
What I can say about my baptism in the Church of God is that before I was immersed, I felt sad. I couldn’t explain what I was feeling because I was a wicked person before.

I got to listen to [Bro. Eli Soriano] on radio back in 2007, the [Bible] Exposition, as my father listened to him nightly via DZRH.

To Bro. Eli and Bro. Daniel, please take care always. May you have longer lives so that many more will be able to know the truth. I thank God for you. Thanks very much.

On Being Baptized
I was so happy when I was baptized, and became a member of the Church of God.

I can’t remember what year or month I was able to first hear [Bro. Eli Soriano], but my uncle was watching cable when he accidentally changed the channel to UNTV Channel 37. I think it was Bro. Eli’s Bible Expo at that time.

On MCGI Leaders
It [Watching Bro. Eli Soriano] became my uncle’s pastime. Every time I came over his house — as we didn’t have television — it was what he watches, so I watched it as well. As time passed, we said that “He’s really good in the Bible and everything he says is from it.”

On Being Baptized
I cried because of so much joy as this is the second calling to me. The first time, I wasn’t able to go on [with baptism] so when I was baptized, I just really cried and cried. I wasn’t ashamed because I really felt in my heart that I’m happy that I was baptized.

I remember it was in 2003 that I was able to listen [to Bro. Eli Soriano] on television. We also had Internet so when I saw Bro. Eli on [RJTV] Channel 29, that’s when I first heard him and I really felt that what he preaches is true. When he debates, I get convinced that what he says is true; he is able to refute all his opponents in a debate so I really feel that this Church is true.

My message to Bro. Eli and Bro. Daniel is that may their lives be longer, and may you be able to lead many more people like me. May we all be together until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thanks be to God.
